Suck on it Detroit & Chicago. Toledo beat your sorry ass this winter! And Billings, MO, you ain't got nothing on the Glass City this year. The worst winter weather belongs to T-Town, baby. 84.8" of snow and 23 days with below zero temps. Spring is finally here, and it's supposed to be in the low 30's on Monday and Tuesday. My office building is the shiny one on the left. The ice on the Maumee River finally broke late this week.
